Comunicació i gestió del coneixement

Què és el coneixement?
Què és la gestió del coneixement?
Quines tecnologies poden ajudar a gestionar el coneixement si és que aquest es pot gestionar?
Quin paper té la comunicació en la gestió del coneixement?
Com es pot convertir el coneixement en el missatge del model de comunicació (descrit per Shannon (emisor - missatge - codi - canal - receptor, i evitant el soroll))?
Es pot convertir el coneixement en un element per millorar la imatge i la reputació personal i organitzacional?
Com les tècniques creatives emprades per la publicitat poden millorar la correcta recepció de les dosis de coneixement segons les audiències a qui es dirigeixen?
Com es genera el nou coneixement?
I la pregunta més difícil: Com s'utilitza el coneixement adquirit?

Anotacions compartides

Continuu trobant "posts" sobre les anotacions i etiquetatges de pàgines web i informació.

A "Web Semántica Hoy" de SIDAR titulen un post "Comer, amar, vivir... Las etiquetas de la gente" on plategen no només etiquetar documents, sinó també activitats, destijos, etc.

A "La Sociedad de la Información en España 2004" de Telefónica, ja a la darrera part de les recomanacions esmenta que s'ha de desenvolupar la Web Semàntica per no perdre l'oportunitat d'etiquetar i desenvolupar en castellà (entenc que és en aquest idioma perquè l'informe està escrit així).

Algunes reflexions: quan encara no s'ha democratitzat la pràctica de les anotacions i l'etiquetatge perquè no hi ha una forma fàcil de fer-ho que no resulti tediosa, ja es plantegen etiquetar continguts de caire més emocional que no lògic i racional i etiquetar en diferents idiomes.

Una cosa és important. La necessitat d'etiquetar hi és per millorar l'accés a la informació de forma contextualitzada. I la necessitat d'etiquetar en el propi idioma o ens els idiomes que utilitzin els que generen els continguts per arribar als seus públics també és important per manifestar la propia identitat i per a relacionar-se de forma més eficient amb qui interessi.

Ara cal estudiar com s'etiqueta i es reetiqueta, no tan sols per categoritzar i classificar sinó també per a relacionar conceptes segons el punt de vista dels qui etiqueten. Com evolucionaran els llenguatges d'etiquetatge? Com les màquines en faran ús per servir informació filtrada als usuarias? Com es posicionarà la informació i els continguts amb l'ús de l'etiquetatge? Com es donarà significat a les etiquetes? Com conviuran els valors racionals i emocionals per posicionar la informació referents als productes, els serveis i les persones? Com aquest nou llenguatge s'incorporarà a tants llenguatges que ja s'estudien en les ciències de la informació i les ciències de la comunicació (llenguatge audiovisual, llenguatge multimèdia, llenguatge publicitari,...)?

Les preguntes acaben de començar. Algú té alguna sugerència o alguna resposta?

Metainformació per descriure la informació

La metainformació, és a dir, la informació que descriu la informació d'un document o una pàgina web, està esdevenint, per necessitat, un element important per contextualitzar i donar visibilitat a les webs, que en definitiva són un reflex del que feim o del que sabem.

Al principi hi havia, i encara hi ha les metadades típiques de les webs, imprescindibles per posicionar-les als cercadors: title, description, keywords, i d'altres.

A poc a poc han anat sortint noves iniciatives per a definir de forma estandartizada l'ús de les metadades, com la iniciativa Dublin Core.

Els llenguatge per a representar la informació dels recursos són necessaris perquè la informació pugui ser entesa per les màquines. RDF és un tipus d'aquests llenguatges.

També s'està treballant en llenguatges per descriure ontologies formades per conceptes i classes i relacions que serveix per a contextualitzar la informació i donar-li el significat més adient. El OWL és un llenguatge de creació d'ontologies.

Això són formes de descriure, representar, relacionar i amb el XML extendre, la informació sobre els continguts perquè puguin ser entesos per les màquines i interoperables, és a dir, que puguin operar entre ells.

Tot plegat és un poc complicat ;-)
Centres de recerca avançats i empreses punteres sembla que ja ho utilitzen per a temes concrets, però d'aquí a que la gran majoria de webs ho puguin aplicar no se sap ben bé quan de temps passarà.

De totes maneres convé estar a l'aguait ja que definir correctament la informació que contenen les webs serà imprescindible per fer-les més accessibles, ser trobades i en definitiva posicionar-les en els mercats on volen actuar i operar, permentent també que puguin interoperar amb altres i així formar part de la cadena de valor d'un sector concret.

Avui m'he decidit a escriure tot això perquè amb tot l'equip del projecte ANOTA, estem posant en pràctica tots aquests conceptes aplicats a la indústria turística, entre d'altres coses, per poder realitzar cerques més eficients de paquets dinàmics personalitzats.

A més, he vist que a la blogosfera es comença a parlar d'etiquetes semàntiques i taxonomies socials. Per exemple al de eCuaderno,
on Orihuela explica com ho explica als seus alumnes; a bcnbits, on es plantjea en quin idioma etiquetar.
